LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: Forma Floor tiles are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for ten years for indoor use and five years for outdoor use. Forma Floor will replace tiles where such defects occur in normal usage within the respective warranty period. Forma Floor, Inc. is not responsible for removal or installation costs or any other damages “including personal injury damages” arising from use of Forma Floor products.
